Travel protection is highly recommended to safeguard your investment, with options varying by supplier.

Please ensure passports are valid for at least six months beyond travel (when required), and note that REAL ID is required for domestic flights beginning May 2025. Entry requirements vary by destination.

  • Ideally, 12–18 months in advance for the best resort selection, for ceremony dates, and guest availability. Popular wedding months (spring & fall) book quickly, especially in Mexico and the Caribbean.

  • I create a streamlined booking process for you and your guests — direct coordination with me. I manage deposits, payment deadlines, and travel questions so you don’t have to play travel agent for your own vacation/ wedding.
